Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
∎ Master in Agronomy/Seed Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Registration, Development & Promotion.
∎ Conduct Market Research before introduce new Product.
∎ Responsible for all activities regarding new product launching of seed and crop care products.
∎ Maintain good relation with Agricultural regulatory authority.
∎ Conduct training and educate of field staffs regarding launching new products.
∎ Maintain good relation and conduct meeting with the farmers to get best output.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years in relevant field.
∎ Candidate who served as Manager (Product Development) at least 3 years in a reputed group of company will get preference.
∎ Candidate from similar group (Agro based company) will also get preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure and independently.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Please mention your expected salary in your CV).
