∎ Bachelor or Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling product development jobs for world-class fashion products with high knowledge of European & US/Canada Markets.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful development of products in line with the customers’ requirements.
∎ Plan and carry out development functions in a way that ensures solid profitability and helps increase Company’s market share as well as value.
∎ Coordinate with key personnel involved in production of knit/woven fabric, drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples for finished garments
∎ Coordinate with product management team and perform product testing on various process
∎ Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item
∎ Gathers the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed
∎ Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product
∎ Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
∎ Coordinate with various departments and prepare list of market requirements and prioritize work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
