∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the team by preparing and ensuring proper planning.
∎ Designs and Organizes within the development/production calendar to develop on time seasonal products.
∎ Managing Time and Action plan as per calendar within the department for specific product categories.
∎ Collaborates with cross functional teams including Trend, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Sourcing on all product development.
∎ Preparation of feasibility study, competitor analysis, business forecasting, sensitivity analysis, trend analysis, market strategy & break-even analysis.
∎ Developing new collection of product presentation to different customers.
∎ Arrange sourcing, material price and costing of the new product before development.
∎ Check business feasibility by conducting cost-profit analysis for different product line.
∎ Re-engineer on the product to minimize the cost and increase the contribution margin within the company to reach customer in competitive market.
∎ Provide support for product development as per customer's preference and ensure communication between all other departments to deliver the best service faster and simpler.
∎ Creates an environment that that provides direction and promotes continuous learning and development.
∎ Maximize business value in existing products and phase out unsuccessful products
∎ Resolving any kind of customer complaints on performance bottleneck.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Management / Leadership Quality.
