∎ The candidate should have a Diploma/ Graduation in Chemical Engineering and exceptionally good knowledge in plant operation.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ QMS, Technical direction & development with a particular focus on good organizational culture including welfare aspects of the workforce of the factory.
∎ Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of work experience preferably in a similar position/work in large garment industry.
∎ Candidate must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English and will able to communicate independently and report to Director of the Textile Division and or Head of Respective Department

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate should be the Manager (Plant in charge).
∎ He will be responsible for overall full operation and maintenance of the ETP, STP, RO & Evaporation plant (ZLD) for ensuring smooth water and wastewater treatment processes, managing water resources effectively, and maintaining high standards of water quality.
∎ He must perform the work given by the company management.
∎ He must obey the rules and regulations of the company.
∎ We are one of the largest 100% export-oriented garments company in Bangladesh.

∎ We urgently need the following:
∎ Factory: Chandra Pollibiddut, Kaliakoir, Gazipur-1751.
∎ Responsibilities:
