Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations for production planning.
∎ Draft and design layout & review with the production planning.
∎ Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Analyzes capacity allocates order, prepares a tentative plan.
∎ Prepares daily material requirement plan and ensures materials are in-house as planned.
∎ Continuous follow-up with suppliers to in-house materials within the agreed timeline.
∎ Focuses on the implementation of actual planning as well as needs to highlight the deviation of planning from actual.
∎ Recommends the changes required to minimize the variance between planning and actual.
∎ Monitors both in-house production and sourcing plans in order to maintain the delivery schedule.
∎ Monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up
∎ Implement Production Plan according to 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost and update time to time
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Responsible for effective daily floor level Production planning.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with production & marketing for order planning.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedule.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
