Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Degree in Industrial Entering or Textile Engineering Preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic planning, analysis, and forecasts of all order as per capacity of knitting , dyeing and garments.
∎ To make production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with merchandising,marketing, industrial engineering, production, and knitting/dyeing team.
∎ Time and action plan setting each order from the order receiving to shipment and monitor each T&As on daily/weekly/monthly basis to identify potential risks to the execution plan and take corrective action timely to make sure monthly KPIs are being met
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with timely delivery through strong production follow up.
∎ Ensure the accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction and increased profitability and follow up floors for effectively.
∎ Responsible for order wise input/output record and execute the orders daily/weekly/ monthly as planned.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ Preparation of material requirement as per the fabric delivery schedule, follow up and allocate material as per input plan and ensure maximum utilization of raw material.
∎ Execute and monitor the production planning process including production order review, material shortage review and inventory status
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectifications to future production plan based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Strong planning and execution from order receiving, yarn purchase, accessories booking, fabric booking, knitting, dyeing, garments till shipment.
