Familiarity with NFPA, BNBC, FSCD RSC Act & regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 2D/3D design.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager, Planning & Design, to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing design plans and drawings for Fire Safety Plans for proposed and existing Residential, Commercial, and Industrial buildings in compliance with NFPA standards, BNBC 2020, RSC Act, the FSCD Act, and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of Fire Detection, Protection & Fire Safety Plans.
Familiarity with NFPA, BNBC, FSCD RSC Act & regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 2D/3D design.
Experience in Hydraulic Calculation, Battery, Voltage Drop, and conduit Calculation.
Ability to handle projects and work well under pressure.
Design & Drawing of Fire systems, preparing BOQs, and estimating Fire sprinklers, Standpipes, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Pumps, and Passive Fire Protection Systems.
Conducting site visits, project planning, team building and client liaison.
Proven track record of managing strategic, end-to-end engagements for top multinational corporations and large-scale industrial clients
This role requires deep technical knowledge, clear communication, and techno‑commercial analysis skills.
