Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand presence.
∎ Lead digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns, and content marketing.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
∎ Create marketing materials, sales decks, and tailored proposals for stakeholders.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
∎ Maintain and convert a healthy sales pipeline into confirmed projects.
∎ Prepare competitive commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∎ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
∎ Collect client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements
