• Should have good communication skills both in Bangla and English, and must be a team leader with a pleasant personality.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a pre-set time-frame.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall operation of Planning Department.

• Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of the unit.

• Execute and monitor the production planning process including production order review, material shortage review, and inventory status.

• Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.

• Coordination with marketing and merchandising team, Buyers approval, Planning, Allocation, Shipment planning, Costing, Inter departmental issues and Administration etc.

• Total follow up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.

• Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain organization and review material positions so that alternate solutions, if required, are developed to ensure on-time customer delivery.

• Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.

• Drive improvements to the overall process efficiency and communication with key stakeholders.

• Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.

• Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.

• Participate in cross-functional teams supporting existing and new products from prototype to volume production.

• Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.

• Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.

• Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
