∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other operational excellence methodologies.
∎ Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive significant performance improvements.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
∎ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Proficiency in using process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead operational excellence projects aimed at improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to establish and execute strategic goals for process optimization.
∎ Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
∎ Conduct value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other data-driven techniques to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
∎ Oversee training programs to build operational excellence capabilities among team members and promote best practices.
∎ Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
∎ Drive sustainability in operational processes, ensuring long-term cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
∎ Prepare and present progress reports and analyses to executive leadership.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager for our Operational Excellence team. This role is crucial in driving the Group’s performance by developing, implementing, and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager of Operational Excellence will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of efficiency, quality, and innovation across our production lines.
