Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering from reputed university with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
∎ Manage budgets, forecasts, planning, marketing and use them to improve profitability.
∎ Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
∎ Ensure all legal and regulatory documents (LPG Auto Gas) and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Liaise with statutory regulatory bodies on all permits necessary to successfully operate and refurbish the LPG Auto Gas station when necessary.
∎ Manage all technical aspects of operations of the LPG Auto Gas station, including LPG reticulation system.
∎ Oversee and recommend regular technical audits to identify areas of improvement for the LPG Auto Gas station with an aim to increasing output while minimizing safety incidents, product measurement errors and other related risks.
∎ Develop in conjunction with LPG Conversion, Conversion accessories marketing on optimizing returns on the company.
∎ Oversee the overall operations of Sales & Marketing to ensure achievement of long-term and short-term KPIs set by the Company.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Minimum 3 years in the similar position and at least 5 years’ experience with reputed Gas Company.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill in English.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
