• Skills Required: At least 5 years inland ship operation experience.
• Navy and Marine Industry knowledge and experience
• Maintenance & Repair of marine systems and equipment
• Knowledge of Maritime regulations and guidelines Degree in Marine Engineering or related field Excellent analytical
• problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Sheikh Shipping Lines Ltd. (A sister concern of SB Group) has a vacancy announcement for Manager (Operation & Maintenance) in Head Office.

• The Marine Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include overseeing ship maintenance and repair operations.
• Providing technical guidance for marine equipment and systems· ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and guidelines
• Collaborating with other engineers and technical professionals to deliver high-quality services.
• To maintain documentation for all vessels.
• Operate 30 numbers of inland vessels.
• Prepare Monthly, half-yearly & yearly trip planning as well as do needful for achieving the target.
• Making a plan for operating costing minimization
• Prepare the plan for executing the accurate work.
• Have uncompromising ethics & willingness to take a stand with line management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Should have knowledge of shipping fare policy, expense, Demurrage.
• Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance.
• Ensure service, repair & maintain of mechanical parts of all equipment t& machinery.

• More Experience for fuel using consumption.
