Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing strategies to increase memberships.
∎ Reviewing club operations and making efficiency recommendations.
∎ Addressing employee issues as necessary.
∎ Interviewing new hires and implementing training strategies.
∎ Preparing monthly employee performance reports.
∎ Developing incentive-driven employee programs.
∎ Reviewing billing and payment processes and making efficiency improvements.
∎ Handling member inquiries.
∎ Ensuring compliance issues and promoting member services.
∎ Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
∎ Managing budgets.
∎ Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programs.
∎ Keeping statistical and financial records.
∎ Maintaining fitness equipment.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Maintaining customer service standards.
∎ Undertaking administrative tasks.
∎ Promoting and marketing the business.
∎ Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies.
