Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production Plan necessarily address the utilization of production capacity with sufficient coverage and visibility for the optimum resource allocation;
∎ Coordinate Improvement projects to improve the capability and capacity offered customers in collaboration with Marketing, Industrial Engineering and production team involvement and Senior Leadership;
∎ Engage with Marketing Teams, Industrial Engineering Teams and production Teams along with management to assess the potential and risks of introducing New Clients, New Products and New Developments for existing Clients in a detailed risk Assessment Procedure and Process;
∎ Communicate proactively to the management of opportunities and risks that will impact the optimum utilization of capacity with special consideration to portfolio of Products scheduled for production, raw material availability, new style integration, mix of high volume and sample production;
∎ Ensure the information security, integrity and accuracy is maintained along with on time inundation and report generation made available on a timely and accurately;
∎ Involve and Engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the management which is necessary for the greater well-being of the Organization, Its Business Results and the happiness and well-being of Its Stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2-3 years work experience in similar role with large garments accessories industry in BD;
∎ The applicant must have good product knowledge on large garments accessories (Auto Carton, Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Gum Tape, Plastic Accessories & Printing Press);
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
