• Age 30 to 40 years

• Oversee the entire production process from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Candidate must have strong technical knowledge for Knit Garments, manage to solve problems during bulk production, recruit and manage overall factory total work force and co-ordinate all departments.

• Manage resources effectively, including materials, labor, and machinery, to minimize waste and maximize productivity, Order Management & Execution Monitoring.     

• Having strong knowledge on knit garments industry manufacturing process.

• Lead the operation related all section and department.

• Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions.    

• Ensuring that different operational reports have reached top management in time.     

• Ensure the overall quality standards as per buyer requirements.

• To ensure shipment schedule based on plan.

• Lead the large production team, including production managers, supervisors, and line workers.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.

• Besides Production, He has to take care administrative, supply chain follow up, any strategic policy implementation by top management, manage and execute orders and ensure on time shipment.

• Strong knowledge on knit garment product CM calculation, costing, price negotiation with raw material suppliers etc.

• Operation Manager will take care total operation of the factory·      

• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
