∎ Bachelor from any reputed university (Preferably in Marketing or Agribusiness Management) MBA is a Plus.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ To look after promotion activities, customer relation development and market visit.
∎ Product marketing, drive positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in the market.
∎ Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
∎ Measure and report performance of all sort of marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
∎ Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams.
∎ Content Development for Branding, Trade and Consumer Promotions and ATL & BTL Advertising
∎ Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of customers.
∎ Preparing periodical reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 Years online Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Marketing Research, Event Activation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro, FMCG, NGOs
∎ Proficiency in both English and Bengali
∎ Advanced MS Excel and Power point skills.
∎ Possess the ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities by effectively scheduling and prioritizing
∎ Having thorough knowledge of Internet technology and social media marketing
∎ Excellent relationship management skills.
∎ Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts.
