• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from a reputed university

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or CISA will be preferable

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• At least 10 years of experience in IT management with a focus on network administration, cybersecurity, and data privacy

• Strong background as an Information Security Engineer or in a similar role, with expertise in network security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing, along with managing Windows and Linux-based environments in hybrid and cloud platforms

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to travel to company locations or data centers as required, while staying current with technological advancements and industry trends

Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage the organization`s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.)

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation

• Implement network security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities

• Ensure high availability and redundancy of network systems

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and implement appropriate security solutions

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization`s cybersecurity strategy

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities

• Respond to and manage security incidents such as breaches and malware infections

• Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices

• Maintain compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

• Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures

• Conduct regular privacy impact assessments and audits

• Respond to data privacy incidents and breaches, ensuring appropriate remediation and reporting

• Educate and train employees in data privacy best practices and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their network and security needs

• Communicate effectively with senior management regarding security status, incidents, and strategic initiatives

• Any other tasks assigned by management
