Job Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is inviting applications for the position of Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) from Bangladeshi competent candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Monitoring in designing, planning, and implementing the M&E framework.
∎ Regular monitoring at the beneficiary level and weekly minimum two visits are compulsory.
∎ Preparation of monthly and quarterly monitoring and MIS report and the report sent to the concerned person.
∎ Support to management staff for regular planning and dissemination at the field level.
∎ Conduct baseline survey using tools and preserve & manage data for quality report writing.
∎ You have to support MIS work and information collection from the field and various sources for the report and other document preparation.
∎ Responsible for keeping abreast of the in-house research, background research where required, correspondence, meetings with project staff, CS as well as other stakeholders, etc.
∎ Support the process to form NGO networks, Committees with various stakeholders such as development sector donors, NGOs, private sector, research organizations, and academic institutions to mobilize their support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ For more experienced candidates, the age limit will be relaxed.
∎ A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in monitoring and evaluation work in an established NGO/ INGO is required.
∎ Must have experience in monitoring branches of microcredit programs.
∎ Must have knowledge about Logical framework analysis, Monitoring tools preparation, Result based monitoring, Performance monitoring and evaluation, Participatory M & E, etc.
∎ Must be able to prepare reports in English and Bengali.
∎ Candidates must possess a valid driving license for driving a motorcycle and be proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point), e-mail, and internet browsing.
Salary:
∎ The contractual period is 1 Year. During 1-year contractual period, the consolidated monthly salary will be Tk. 30,000. Subject to one year of satisfactory performance appraisal job will be confirmed. After confirmation, the monthly salary will be TK. 37,943 and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy.
Other Benefits: CPF, Gratuity, Festival bonus, Annual Increment, Incentive Bonus, Promotion Opportunity, and Other benefits as per organization policy.
