Sajeeb Group-one of Bangladesh’s most dynamic FMCG conglomerates-is looking for an experienced and result-driven Manager-Modern Trade to lead our Food & Beverage portfolio across key retail and institutional channels nationwide.
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and inspiring leader with a proven track record in Modern Trade Sales within the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate must have handled similar product categories such as juices, soft drinks, energy drinks, noodles, snacks, confectionery, biscuits, and sauces.
📌 Note: Only candidates with prior experience in the Food & Beverage (FMCG) sector will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve Modern Trade sales, visibility, and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with supermarkets, retail chains, and institutional buyers.
Conduct data-based market analysis to identify opportunities and optimize sales growth.
Negotiate trade terms, business plans, and promotional activities with retail partners.
Ensure planogram compliance, brand visibility, and perfect store execution across channels.
Lead, guide, and motivate the modern trade sales team to deliver excellence.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in Modern Trade Sales (FMCG-Food & Beverage).
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
Prior experience handling beverage products (juices, soft drinks, energy drinks, etc.) will be given strong preference.
Additional Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Hard-working, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
Strong grasp of marketing concepts, trade activities, and consumer insights.
Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and think creatively to overcome challenges.
Must be honest, sincere, disciplined, and proactive in all professional activities.
