Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify community needs and develop program goals and objectives.
∎ Design and develop detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
∎ Stay informed about relevant trends, best practices, and innovations in the field.
∎ Lead the implementation of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.
∎ Monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as necessary to achieve goals.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of program staff, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to achieve program objectives.
∎ Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs.
∎ Analyze data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
∎ Provide strategic direction and support field team, partners, and private sectors in operating project interventions as per plan and adopt relevant changes considering global situations.
∎ Monitor the progress of field teams and provide regular updates to the senior management team and lead partners to deliver high-quality and measurable outcomes.
∎ Manage budgetary control of expenditure, manage donor funds, and prepare financial reports in line with donor requirements and The Earth regulations in collaboration with the finance department.
