Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating new business leads (Responsible to bring new business as well as retain existing buyers).
∎ Must have the experience & knowledge about Muslim Countries. Also need to develop the market like; Middle East, Central Asia, West Africa, North Africa and Arabian Peninsula.
∎ Understand Market Management. Must have good merchandising channels, merchandising network and apparel merchandising experience.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Developing your merchandising team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ The ongoing training of your merchandisers.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in a Merchandising-related role is a plus.
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing a merchandising team.
∎ Ability to lead a merchandising team
