Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking to hire a Merchandising manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our merchandising team.
∎ You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our merchandising department on lead generation.
∎ You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your merchandising team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
∎ Candidates who are currently handling the buyer of Muslim countries; are only requested to apply with strict confidence.
∎ Generating new business leads (Responsible to bring new business as well as retain existing buyers).
∎ Must have the experience & knowledge about Muslim Countries. Also need to develop the market like; Middle East, Central Asia, West Africa, North Africa and Arabian Peninsula.
∎ Understand Market Management. Must have good merchandising channels, merchandising network and apparel merchandising experience.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Developing your merchandising team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. The ongoing training of your merchandisers. Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
