∎ B.Sc in textile Engineering / Apparel manufacturing / Masters in merchandising
∎ Skills Required: Business mindset, CONVINCING SKILL, Deadline oriented, Excellent Presentation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): jacket, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new market, potential customers and new orders through promoting organization strength and maintaining continuous customer relation and communication
∎ Follow up overall orders and manage team members to meet ultimate business and performance goal
∎ Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer's requirement
∎ Do Garments costing, payment condition, Mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer
∎ Confirm price and order placing in the factory for sub-contracts
∎ Follow up Time and Action plan
∎ Coordinate and follow up with QC department, commercial department, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment
∎ Motivate, develop and inspire the team members to be customer focused and perform according to expected level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication in English
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Jacket
∎ Strong product knowledge, fabric and accessories knowledge, Production process knowledge
∎ Costing skill
∎ Interpersonal relationship
∎ Aptitude to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals
