Educational Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor/ Masters/ MBA/ B.Sc (Eng.) in Textile Engineering form well-reputed institution or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • 1st priority will be order execution successfully.
∎ • 2nd priority is maintain PCD Date 100% processing orders independently from development till shipment.
∎ • Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates Constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity
∎ • Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently
∎ • Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity
∎ • Must have the ability to work under pressure to maintain buyer's dead line for both samples & production
∎ • Must have the ability to manage all related team to be on time for sample & production
∎ • Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ • Should have sound knowledge of, products, fabrics, accessories, trims, etc.
∎ • Day to day follow-up & report to Buyer/ GM/ Management.
∎ • Make the critical path and TNA according to garment delivery and follow up the TNA/Critical path daily basis.
∎ • Will be responsible for handling buyer -H&M and Equivalent customers.
∎ • Similar position in any other H&M supplier at least 3 years will be added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 30 to 40 years
∎ • The applicants should have experience in woven Garments Merchandising.
∎ • Computer Skills in MS-Office, email and Internet is a must.
∎ • Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ • Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ • Having Textile or Fashion design background will be added extra value.
∎ • Must have the wash knowledge on denim garments and fabric inspection process and procedure.
