Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to have sound knowledge on Merchandising, Production Management & International Marketing.
∎ Responsible for Product analysis and offer competitive price.
∎ Negotiation with the buyer to finalize Price and confirm the order.
∎ Prepare a pre-costing budget for confirming style.
∎ Responsible all raw materials sourcing.
∎ Communication with buyers for all kinds of clarification and sample approval.
∎ Follow up and check in-house status, inventory, and inspection report.
∎ Follow up with the commercial team for export L/C, forwarder booking, shipment, and export payment.
∎ Responsible for order placement according to vendor strength of products.
∎ Prepare and submit necessary reports to Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience in relevant sector.
∎ Must have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
∎ Functional proficiency (writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
