Experience:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Interior Design, HVAC System, Technical Infrastructure

• Certifications in fire safety, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems.
•  Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools.
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing fire detection, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to look after the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of our fire detection and protection systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and functionality of all facility systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Fire Detection & Protection Systems:

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire detection, protection and suppression systems.

• Ensure compliance with NFPA. 

Plumbing Systems:

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.

• Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant codes and standards.

• Manage emergency plumbing situations effectively. 

Electrical Systems:

• Manage the maintenance and operation of electrical systems including sub-station, generator, power distribution, and lighting system.

• Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance activities meet safety standards and regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly. 

HVAC Systems:

• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

• Implement energy-efficient practices to optimize system performance.

• Conduct regular inspections and periodic preventative maintenance.
