Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or equivalent degree in related subjects in Media and Communications; Public Relations; Corporate Communications and CSR; Marketing Management; or equivalent degrees.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ In alignment with the youth-centric focus of the project, we encourage applicants with progressive and modernized thinking, and innovative and transformational approaches to required project deliverables.
∎ Department: Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)
∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be for 4.5 plus years

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 years working experience as media/development communications professional, preferably for the not-for-profit sector.
∎ Experience in and demonstrated understanding of the field of international development and issues.
∎ Proven ability to develop and disseminate media contents for development communication.
∎ Technical skills are highly desirable, including knowledge of the professional use of emerging media technologies and social media (Twitter, YouTube etc.); with basic proficiency in design and visual media
∎ Experience of travelling, working or living in a developing country, with experience during an emergency or crisis situations will be welcomed.
∎ Excellent relationship with Bangladeshi media.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken Bangla and English.
∎ Good understanding of MS Office applications.
