Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to manage and expand strategic relationships with leading manufacturing companies across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing & Sales within the Capital Machinery & Equipment Sectors. This role requires the ability to navigate complex technical and commercial discussions, drive multi-product solution sales, and collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieving sales target through acquistion of new clients and growing business with existing customers.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings, conduct market research and maintain a regular channel with corporate offices·
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Manufacturing Companies in Bangladesh.
Maintain strong engagement with top to mid-level management throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases to ensure succesfull product delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis and gater industry intelligence to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Design and implement effective customer acquistion and retention strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
