Job Context:
∎ Working in competitive and dynamic field with the target to enhance the brand equity & market share of concerned brand through exclusive and innovative promotion and branding. The position requires preparing brand planning, import planning, brand development, promotions, product availability and flawless support to the Sales team to maximize the business of specific Tyre business of Rahimafrooz Distribution Ltd. The profit maximization of all Tyre Dealers will be the key to sustainable business achievement and growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, strategize and execute marketing designs, campaign and activities to ensure strong brand presence in the market
∎ Strategic guideline to sales team for achieving Volume, GP, market share & profitability of the specific Tyre segment in line with Annual Business Plan.
∎ Helping the category head in preparing ABP, and all stages from import planning to product delivery.
∎ Analyzing consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand.
∎ Keeping liaison with principal for ensuring right product planning/projection at a competitive price and in right time.
∎ Maintain optimum inventory level of all the SKUs of the brand.
∎ Reviews brand, channel & SKU wise sales to enhance the brand's equity in the marketplace and presenting reports to the management time to time.
∎ Ensures trade marketing through merchandizing, visibility of the brand at all POS.
∎ Effective plan & implementation of 7Ps of marketing.
∎ Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions
∎ Generate monthly report capturing competition sales & activities and prepare counter strategy
∎ Coordinate with outside agencies for design & development of marketing issues and digital promotional campaigns related to the business.
∎ Manage business development related project/activity on daily basis with B2B stakeholders.
∎ Analyze the impact of all sorts of marketing/digital marketing/activities and assess the impact to take future measures..
