∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from reputed public and private universities.
∎ Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development, Business Analysis, Leadership, Marketing Plan, Marketing Strategies, Product Costing and budgeting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Develop annual marketing plan for Tea business to meet the organizational objectives.
∎ To identify key marketing opportunities, define strategy, execute and manage comprehensive marketing plan encompassing integrated marketing initiatives designed to penetrate and grow targeted markets.
∎ Collaborating with technologies and supply chain to develop new products and conducting complete U&A and competitors benchmarking to create wining product proposition
∎ To design, implement & facilitate an effective local & national marketing strategy and steering the execution of marketing programs.
∎ To demonstrate success driving growth in targeted markets through implementation of new initiatives encompassing various stakeholder engagement.
∎ To plan and facilitate skill upgradation for the internal sales and marketing teams as well as frontline teams.
∎ To prepare department's budget and deliver the activity through Sales and Marketing team to achieve organizational budget.
∎ Managing various vendors to come out with interesting designs and communication to differentiate the product offerings and demonstrate superiority.
∎ Managing digital campaigns across mediums and creating online presence as well as engagement with relevant stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Must be excellent in Power Point and Excel. Excellent Communication skill both in Bangla and English.
