Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacture and Technology or Textile Engineering or Fashion Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently identify and onboard new customers to maximize factory capacity utilization.
∎ Take full responsibility for booking the targeted capacity of the factory.
∎ Regularly engage with new clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and feedback.
∎ Leverage your experience working with renowned sports wear brands to identify collaboration opportunities and secure partnerships.
∎ Initiate and negotiate contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to achieve mutual business growth and profitability.
∎ Provide guidance and support to the marketing and merchandising team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and offer training and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Strong knowledge of working with renowned sports wear brands.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
∎ Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
∎ Strong negotiation and sales skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
