Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish team goals and develop operational SOPs & SLAs
∎ Design & run multiple projects/programs to achieve targets
∎ Track day to day metrics/targets and monitor teams performance
∎ Work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results
∎ Implement new techniques/technologies as needed to support the ground team
∎ Arrange training programs & materials and helping merchants to train
∎ Need to work directly with tech & other cross-functional teams to solve user problems
∎ Monitor, assist & own merchant retention
∎ Train team on new technology and software
∎ Design communication & support materials for both ground team & merchants
∎ Follow ethical practices with merchant and customer data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good interpersonal skill is required
∎ Ability to present a professional demeanor in public
∎ Good analytical skill is required
Salary: Negotiable
