Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assure proper working condition of the company machineries at all time with zero down time.
∎ Ensure provision of required machinery is available in the plant and maintaining.
∎ Assure SAH & OTD by executing machinery allocation according to production plan
∎ Develop a Mechanic through shadowing and coaching in order to move up as the replacement of expatriate Mechanic over a period of time.
∎ Make sure controlling the overheads.
∎ Maintenance of all sewing machines and related assets in optimum working condition.
∎ Make required machines available in advance to execute the layouts for styles planned to run in bulk production.
∎ Keep a track of hourly targets of the operations & need to align from the mechanical aspects for any areas where the targets do not meet which does not meet the targets & be involved to provide necessary mechanical solutions.
∎ Maintain proper records of the loss time of the floor & advice the management on that for corrective actions that can be taken.
∎ Work together with the method production engineering team in order to discover new developments for machines that can improve the efficiencies.
