∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the overall mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation related activities of the factory.
∎ Designing and scheduling of preventive maintenance & guideline to develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
∎ Lead maintenance team and ensure no machine breakdown for smooth production.
∎ Perform scheduled maintenance of all machines and utility equipment of the factory.
∎ Troubleshoot machine breakdown within shortest period of time.
∎ Repair machine spares and fix-up machine breakdown.
∎ Manage spare parts safety stock and ensure availability of stock.
∎ Co-ordinate new machine erection, commissioning and installation.
∎ Monitoring equipment inventory and place orders if necessary.
∎ Checking expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
∎ Observing the assembly is performed with a view to provide solution for the current problematic issues.
∎ Set the machine wise “Maintenance history keeping” for proper maintenance according to the machine’s nature.
∎ Assign team members with date/ time to perform & report for “Preventive Maintenance”.
∎ Direct team to develop, upgrade & newly design spare- parts & equipment as per customers demand.
∎ Comparison statement submission for new machine, spare parts in terms of purchase issue.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in plastics industry will get preference.
∎ Successful candidates must have the experience with electrical inverter and capable to drive PLC Programming.
∎ Hands-on experience of electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machines and utility equipment.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
