Job Circular: Manager (Maintenance) - Battery Production

Overview:

RFL Group, a leading local conglomerate with a strong legacy in manufacturing excellence, is seeking a Manager (Maintenance) – Battery Production to lead and enhance maintenance operations at our Habiganj Industrial Park Factory. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Factory Manager to update and maintain procedure/ system for preventive maintenance and implementation of the plan.

• Assist Factory Manager to up-date procedure for procurement of local and imported and local spares including consumables at competitive cost.

• Implement TPM for continuous reduction of machine down time.

• Ensure compliance and updating of procedure/systems in line with ISO 9001 requirements and company policy.

• Ensuring uninterrupted supply of utilities (water, gas, electricity) as per plan and compliance to statutory requirement.

• Ensure calibration of monitoring & measuring devices as per schedule.

• Develop & manage workshop & vendor for spare.

• Ensure maintenance operation of the ATP, ETP and other equipment & facilities as per requirement as per company policy.

• Developing subordinates for personal & professional competence. 

• Ensuring continual improvement in work process/system and self-development.
