Capable of Handling an entire Plant
Should have leadership quality
Should have strong technical knowledge on all kind of machinery
A good interpersonal and communication skill over English Language is mandatory.
Basic computer operating knowledge is also mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Applicant must know the maintenance procedure.
Monitor regular maintenance works of all kinds of garment, print & embroidery machinery.
supervise Schedule maintenance & schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery.
To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, H&M, Wal-Mart*, Primark, DH, NEXT, GAP, Bureau Veritas along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety, etc.
