• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Industry (woven- shirt & pant)

• Additional Requirements:

• Vast knowledge on Production Target fixing & Feed -back Mechanism.

• Skilled on IE & Production team Management.

Job Highlights: We are looking for a qualified and dynamic candidate as General Manager/ Head of IE (Industrial Engineering) & Production for woven garments manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & controlling overall the IE-related activities of 100% export-oriented woven garments.

• Responsible for efficiency, productivity, quality aspect of the floor cut to pack.

• Preparation of advance machine planning, design of folders and attachment for the upcoming style.

• Study the worker`s efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.

• Formulate production plan based on machine, manpower, M/c layout to achieve optimum productivity.

• Responsible for picking production from downlines to meet daily/monthly target.

• Develop strategies to achieve Targeted productivity.

• Must submit monthly target/achievement reports to the Managing director/Executive Director.

• Initiate effective communication skills to motivate and develop professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of the production department.

• Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.

• From time-to-time report to the Managing Director with Strategic functions of Industrial Engineering.

• Do Other jobs as per instruction of the Managing Director/ Top management when required.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
