Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of the mechanical department regarding work allocation, work progress, completion of works daily basis and reporting the daily activity to higher management.
∎ Monthly reporting regarding the maintenance cost of machineries for spare parts and repairing for all the section and show the cost comparison with the previous months
∎ Handle critical problems of machine, mother board, control unit and spare parts.
∎ Provide the technical solution of production related problem.
∎ Preparing spare parts requirement for purchasing and confirm with store that the stock level of commonly used spare parts are maintained.
∎ Supervise the preventive maintenance work.
∎ Control the whole department according to the administrative policies and compliance rules.
∎ Any other responsibility as per management requirement.
∎ Experience Requirement:
∎ A. Able to repair different brand auto sewing machine such as Plain, Overlock, Kansai, Fit of the arm, APW, Flatlock, Bartack, etc.
∎ B. Well conversant with machine catalogues and use the spare parts code and names as per catalogue at the time of preparing purchase requirement and internal requirement.
∎ C. Experienced to work with different strategies to control the machine maintenance cost.
∎ D. Good knowledge over the spare parts sourcing and able to identify the original and duplicate items.
