Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the ability to move all around the Country for Marketing and dealer set up.
∎ Have the ability to get responsibility for market due collection.
∎ Have the ability to achieve the Sales target
∎ Should have knowledge about Present Market share, Competitor analysis.
∎ Responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of the company's products in assigned territory.
∎ Meet monthly sales target through company's rule.
∎ Maintain & monitor marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Maintaining sales-marketing reports & communicating them to seniors.
∎ Implement all kinds of trade offer consumer offers & various promotional activities run by the company. Planning and Coordination on Sales activities.
∎ Preparation of B O Q and Price Offer.
∎ Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have a strong sense of responsibility, be independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressured situations.
∎ Following up on new business opportunities.
∎ Directing sales team to achieve sales target.
∎ Visit dealers all around assign area and also Door to door shop visit must.
∎ Conduct market survey and data collection for new product design.
∎ Should have experience in lubricant (Engine oil) company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Selling Lubricant, Engine oil, Tyre of Local or Foreign Brands will get high preference.
∎ Must be energetic & able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be ready to be transferred permanently anywhere in Bangladesh as per Company requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently all over the country.
∎ Must speak and write very well to excellent English and Bengali.
∎ You must be a highly-motivated individual,
∎ Willing to continually learn new skills and prepared to work hard and smart.
∎ Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion, Corporate Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting knowledge.
∎ Minimum 6 years experience in the relevant sector.
