• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• PGD in Supply Chain Management will get preference

• Age At least 35 years

• Follow up and maintain overall inventory operations.

• Maintain and preserve all necessary legal documents for warehouse compliance required.

• Control physical stock and internal movement of all warehouse inventory.

• Check and finalize all the documents as per compliance to ensure approval.

• Analyze and prepare stock demand with spare parts and maintain safety stock.

• Maintain and attend physically regular inventory audits and arrange annual audits.

• Follow up on delivery movements to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.

• Arrange shipment unloading and participate in the unloading of the shipments at night.

• Train coach, and supervise team members and keep them united with motivation.

• Monitor petty cash of daily inventory operations.

• Maintain strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.

• Maintain infrastructure maintenance at the warehouse to ensure a safe environment for goods and a smooth work environment for team members.

• Maintain inventory-related local purchases and procurement process.

• Ensure daily stock reports, Internal movement, Receive and delivery, and purchase reports.

• Prepare the proper budget for inventory and submit it to the management.

• Prepare monthly and yearly inventory operations reports and submit them to the management.
