Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, Return & Pick of parcels.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.
∎ Find out and solve any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment.
∎ Coordinate and oversee delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor delivery/logistics metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the flow of goods.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Tech, Operations) to ensure alignment on delivery schedules.
∎ Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ensure their performance meets contractual obligations.
∎ Lead and mentor logistics team members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, environmental, and transportation regulations).
∎ Handle escalations related to logistics delays, product damage, or other operational issues.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to senior management
