Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure uninterrupted FM service in building premises.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining utmost service quality of the building premises especially on Cleaning & Security.
Resolve customer complain/demand immediately & maintain a close communication with them.
Ensure all electromechanical equipment in order condition.
Ensure 100% service charge collection on billed amount.
Follow-up the instruction of the authorized officer of Lily’s Family Ltd.
Ensure building environment safe & hygiene.Ensure the building façade remain same.
Train support staff in regular manner on Safety awareness & Emergency evacuation; Fire drill.
Submit all relevant report on time to Lily’s Family Ltd.
Ensuring the work quality of service providers & materials stocks as per contract.
Any other relevant task assign by Lily’s Family Ltd.
