Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bengali. Confident use of office systems (MS Office, visitor management software).High emotional intelligence, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and guests in a warm, professional manner.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with tenant offices for appointments.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Image & Etiquette:
Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
Follow strict grooming and dress code policies to reflect the building’s corporate standards.
Represent the building with confidence and poise.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with building management, security, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Escalate issues or guest complaints to the relevant departments with follow-up.
Support event setups, VIP visits, and tenant coordination at the lobby level.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow security protocols for visitor screening and emergency procedures.
Assist in controlling unauthorized access and reporting suspicious activities.
Support evacuation or fire drill protocols when required.
Administrative Support:
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
Handle basic clerical tasks including scheduling, message delivery, and documentation.
Keep promotional materials and tenant directories updated.
