Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instructing and supervising external solicitors in litigation and other legal matters concerning the Company's business as well as relating to Company's assets.
∎ Drafting various agreements, undertakings, board resolutions, Memorandum of Association, notices, replies to notices & regulatory letters, and MoUs.
∎ Handling the legal issues with regard to long-pending party payment
∎ Deal with any kind of hearing of the court with regard to company business
∎ Investigate in various Govt. offices as well as concerned offices for verifying legal documents.
∎ Coordinating on disputed issues with lawyers, concerned police stations, and other govt. authorities.
∎ Practicing preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.
∎ Drafting, reviewing, and revising contract documentation, including tender documentation, and ensuring it is qualified in the best interests of the Company.
∎ To recheck and vet all files.
∎ To understand all land-related documents,(C.S, S.A, R.A, mutation, deed, via deed, a portion of
∎ Primary Drafting and Vetting of all legal papers, and documents and coordination with Senior / Panel lawyers to ensure the documents are legally sound.
∎ Proper Maintaining all files and documentation with confidentiality
∎ Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. And Non-Govt. Organization when necessary
∎ Appearing in litigation on behalf of the company.
∎ Maintaining liaison with police, SB, and various regulatory authorities.
∎ Perform any other work as per assigned by the top management.
