Educational Requirements:
∎ LL.B (Honors) from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidate must be enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspond with Legal Advisor regarding various cases & get updated status of those cases.
∎ Prepare case scheduling for court hearing & prepare all necessary documents accordingly and forwarded to company legal advisor.
∎ Conduct company cases in Supreme Court, Dhaka District Judges Court and High Court.
∎ Verify property documents, purchase agreements, deeds of agreement, power of attorney, supplementary deed of agreement and leases.
∎ Prepare draft of all kinds of deed such as Power of attorney, Title deed (Saf kobla), Baina Dalil, Partition Deed, Sale agreement etc.
∎ Prepare various kinds of letter such as Handover letter, Possession letter, Payment reminder letter, Allotment cancellation letter etc.
∎ Maintain rapport with various type of Govt. office and private institutions such as RAJUK, DCC, AC Land Office, Sub-Register office, different Ministries.
∎ Prepare & keep updated information regarding various legal issues in individual case file.
∎ Prepare various cases updated information report & submit to Management.
∎ Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Real Estate legal operation will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge about law sections, specially land laws in Bangladesh & on practical suit (Criminal & Civil) in court.
∎ High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication skills and strong negotiations capabilities in challenging environment.
∎ Must have good analytical & report writing skill.
∎ Typing skill in English & Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
