Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing BOQ of Projects.
∎ Vendor rate analysis.
∎ Work out materials quantity by analyzing BOQ.
∎ Check and verify all material purchase requisition (MPR) as per BOQ and budget.
∎ Collect architectural, structural, plumbing & electrical drawing from concerned department & coordinate with them if any query to prepare budget.
∎ Analyze labor rate, non-schedule item rate & prepare report.
∎ Visit site to check and verify material stock.
∎ Prepare cost sheet of project construction considering material specification of agreement/brochure.
∎ Feasibility analysis of all the project.
∎ Monthly savings materials report preparation.
∎ Up to date project expenses report preparation.
∎ To supervise cost & budget team.
∎ Any other task given by Management & Department Head.
