  • Enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council.

  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in criminal law practice, with Exposure to real estate and labor court matters, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of criminal, labor, and property laws.

  • Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters independently with high standards of professional integrity and confidentiality.

  • Authorized to act on behalf of the Company before courts and legal authorities as delegated and accountable for effective and lawful management of all assigned litigation matters.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and supervise all criminal cases filed by or against the Company, its directors, officers, and employees.

  • Prepare, draft, and file complaints, FIRs, GDs, charge sheets, bail applications, revisions, and appeals before competent courts and tribunals.

  • Represent the Company before Magistrate Courts, Sessions Courts, and Labor Courts.

  • Coordinate and oversee appointed external counsel in matters before the High Court Division.

  • Handle criminal and quasi-criminal proceedings arising from real estate matters, including fraud, cheating, forgery, misappropriation, land-related offences, eviction disputes, and development project issues.

  • Conduct and supervise cases before Labor Courts and Labor Appellate Tribunal relating to termination, dismissal, disciplinary actions, wages, benefits, and other employment disputes.

  • Provide legal opinions on criminal liability, real estate disputes with criminal implications, labor law offences, financial crimes, cybercrime, and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, labor authorities, regulators, and external counsels, and maintain proper litigation records and reports.
