Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have good knowledge in Civil Law / Company Law / Criminal Law. Persons who are working in any company /Group of Companies as a Law Officer / Manager will be given preference. Handle Civil / Criminal / Company law cases Preparing different types of agreement Works with developer / real estate company Drafting all documents like legal notice agreement, power of attorney deed, sale agreement, Bia-deed, Heba deed etc) Securitizing and verifying title deeds & different types of khatians (CS, SA, RS, BS.City Jorip). Advertising different types of real estate dispute Maintaining liaison & coordination with law firms & Companies
