∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business sectors, Group of Companies, Industrial & Production Engineering, LAW FIRM, Real estate companies
Job Context:
∎ Must have good knowledge in Civil Law / Company Law / Criminal Law.
∎ Persons who are working in any company /Group of Companies as a Law Officer / Manager will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Civil / Criminal / Company law cases
∎ Preparing different types of agreement
∎ Works with developer / real estate company
∎ Drafting all documents like legal notice agreement, power of attorney deed, sale agreement, Bia-deed, Heba deed etc)
∎ Securitizing and verifying title deeds & different types of khatians (CS, SA, RS, BS.City Jorip).
∎ Advertising different types of real estate dispute
∎ Maintaining liaison & coordination with law firms & Companies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 5 years of practical experience in the Magistrate court, Judge court, and High court are especially encouraged to apply.
∎ At least 5 to 10 years experience in Industrial, Real Estate, and in other sectors is required.
∎ Good command of computer applications.
∎
∎ 0-5 yrs experience for Law Officer for Civil/Company/ Criminal Law
∎ 6-10 yrs experience for Law Manager for Civil/Company/ Criminal Law
