Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have capability to lead a good quality team independently to ensure the acceptable quality of denim garments as per the requirement of renowned American and European brands.
∎ Formulate the Standards-of-Procedures (SOPs) of the quality team for the most effective execution of quality and inspection activities.
∎ Establish Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.
∎ Lead the team and ensuring accountability to the top management.
∎ Ensure Quality of both wet and dry processes.
∎ Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
∎ Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department.
∎ To maintain a healthy and productive relationship with buyers' QA personnel.
∎ To handle the Technical audit.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Washing & Garment dyeing.
∎ To ensure in process quality control & checking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
